Efficiently comfortable apartments

I'm the treasurer of a condo in Dupont Circle. I am working to maintain our comfort while simultaneous reducing our fuel and water use. We've made a lot of progress and are looking to do more. I'm happy to meet, converse or correspond with those who have thoughts on how to make existing multi-family homes more resource efficient (which typically makes a home more comfortable and always lowers the monthly utility fees.)
